What this is

StatementConvert converts bank statement PDFs into structured transaction data — Excel, CSV and JSON. You upload a statement, the extraction pipeline detects the bank's layout, and every transaction comes back as clean rows with dates, descriptions, debits, credits and running balances you can review before downloading.

Why it exists

Anyone who works with financial records — accountants, bookkeepers, lenders, business owners — ends up retyping PDF statements into spreadsheets. Statements are formatted for reading, not for analysis, and every bank formats them differently. This tool exists to make that retyping unnecessary: one converter that handles the layout differences and always produces the same clean columns.

How we handle documents

Bank statements are sensitive. The security page explains exactly how uploads are processed, retained and deleted — in technical terms, not marketing language.
