What we collect

When you use the converter without an account, we process the file you upload solely to perform the conversion. When you create an account, we additionally store your email address, plan and usage counters, and — if you choose to save conversions — the extracted transaction data.

Uploaded documents

Uploaded statements are processed in temporary storage and automatically deleted after processing completes. Paid plans can configure a custom retention window.

What we don't do

We do not sell statement data, share it with advertisers, or use the contents of your financial documents for any purpose other than producing your requested export.

Your rights

You can delete saved statements at any time from the dashboard, and request full account deletion by contacting support@statementconvert.example.com.
